This course is designed to recertify those who currently hold a red cross lifeguarding certification that is expiring soon. If you do not know when your certificate will expire, you can find out using this link:

If your certification has recently lapsed, please contact Rachel Peters (rachel.peters@swimmetro.com) to determine your eligibility to take the review course. You may be required to retake the full course as the curriculum changes frequently based on new scientific research.

Course Locations:

Classes take place at the locations below from 10:00am – 6:00pm.

• Swim Quest (6800 Deer Run Dr., Midlothian, VA 23112)
• Evergreen Recreation Association (1201 Walton Bluff Parkway, Midlothian, VA 23114).

You will be contacted by email about a week before your class with the final location for your session.
